Job description

Sunrise Treatment Center is looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team! This position is 100% remote.

Essential Functions

• Provide pharmacological and medical / somatic services to patients
• Maintain patient records and produce timely documentation of services rendered
• Maintain contacts and / or referrals with providers in the community and collaborate in their care
• Make referrals to other community agencies and resources, as needed
• Provide availability for crisis intervention / emergency referrals
• Remain current with changes in policies and procedures
• Attend and participate in relevant continuing education and in-service training to improve professional competency
• Maintain professional work conduct and ethical confidentiality
• Perform other related work as required or assigned.

Required Education and Experience
