Vetted Solutions is seeking a Psychiatric Registered Nurse (Adult Behavioral Health) to provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care for adults in an acute hospital setting. You will perform mental status assessments, conduct suicide risk screenings, and contribute to individualized care plans with the care team.

You will administer psychiatric medications, support group sessions, and participate in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment focused on patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with competence in behavioral health care.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and clinical judgment skills.
• Ability to perform suicide risk screening and manage urgent mental health situations.
• Medication administration experience and commitment to evidence-based practice.
• Effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced acute setting.
