Job summary

New Directions Mental Health, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative, clinically excellent team in Valencia, PA. You will provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management alongside in‑house therapists.

We support growth through education, supervision, and leadership opportunities, with interventions like TMS and Spravato, and a 5,000 hiring incentive at this location for qualified

Qualifications

• Licensed and board‑certified in the state where the clinic is located.
• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience.
• PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych certification preferred.
• Outpatient mental health experience preferred.
• Experience with adult to elderly populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing pharmacologic management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with mental health clinicians providing psychotherapy services.
• Deliver interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato.
