Job summary

New Directions Mental Health in Pittsburgh is actively seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join Transformations Care Network. The role emphasizes psychiatric assessments and ongoing psychopharmacological management within outpatient behavioral health care.

You'll work with a collaborative team of clinicians, with opportunities for supervision, education, and leadership, and engage in innovative treatments like TMS and Spravato.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board certified in the state of practice.
• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience.
• PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych certification preferred.
• Experience working in outpatient settings.
• Experience with clients across the lifespan.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with mental health clinicians providing psychotherapy services.
• Provide interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato.
