Job summary

New Directions Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, is actively seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative mental health team. The role emphasizes comprehensive psychopharmacology, interventional treatments, and close teamwork with in-house therapists to support patients across the lifespan.

Qualified candidates will be licensed and board-certified in the practicing state, with behavioral health experience in outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified in the state where practice is located.
• Behavioral health experience required for NP/PA roles.
• Outpatient experience preferred; lifecycle care across lifespan valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with therapists and other clinicians to deliver psychotherapy and interventional treatments.
• Administer interventional treatments including TMS and ketamine/esketamine.
