Qualifications

• MSN and active psychiatric NP license required.
• ANNC board certification preferred or required.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with nursing home staff, residents, and families.
• Follow up with patients and assess efficacy of interventions.
• Provide education on best practices.
• Round at nursing homes and recommend psychiatric medications and treatments.
• Integrate pharmacological and behavioral approaches with non-pharmacological options.
