Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health in Eau Claire, Wisconsin seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for an in-person, full-time exempt role. Total annual compensation ranges from $130,000 to $176,000, based on licensure and experience.

Requires PMHNP certification, a current Wisconsin license, and 1–2+ years of APRN experience in mental health, with DSM-5 knowledge, pharmacology and psychotherapy expertise, and EHR proficiency.

Qualifications

Must hold a Master's or Doctorate in Psychiatric Nursing and be licensed in Wisconsin.
PMHNP certification required by nursing board.
1–2+ years of APRN experience in mental health preferred.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat mental health conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans with therapy, medications, and lifestyle changes.
Prescribe and manage medications, monitor effectiveness and side effects.
Educate patients on medication management and potential long-term impacts.
Provide immediate support for acute psychiatric crises and safety planning.
Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and clinical supervision.
