Summary

Oversees and administers the delivery of MST Psych Services to youth and their families, either directly or through staff therapists. Ensures supervision, accurate documentation, and timely reporting aligned with MHY goals. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual and group supervisions with MST therapists weekly to ensure fidelity to the MST model.
  • Provide individual supervision to therapists as needed for competency development.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of clinical services for review and reporting.
  • Serve as a liaison to referral sources to promote MST services.
  • Respond promptly to performance issues, setting goals and timelines.
  • Ensure each therapist has a Clinical Development Plan reviewed monthly and revised quarterly.
  • Address systemic and operational obstacles with the Director as needed.
  • Provide clinical and administrative support, including in urgent circumstances.
  • Ensure therapists are available and engaged with clients.
  • Provide organizational, clinical, and MST Psych training to staff.
  • Ensure comprehensive assessments to identify causes of referral behavior.
  • Collaborate with MST Psych Experts on research, quality improvement, and training.
  • Work with psychiatric and medical teams on youth and family issues.
  • Complete all documentation accurately and timely for audits and organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with staff and partner agencies to meet MHY objectives.
  • Attend required meetings.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Oversee staff MST therapists.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field with successful clinical treatment delivery experience, especially in family or marital therapy, trauma, and behavioral therapy. Prior supervisory experience required. Must be 21+, with current FBI and Act 33/34 Clearances, PA driver’s license, and a good driving record. Demonstrated PC skills including MS Office. Additional licensing/training as required.
