About the C. L. Brumback Primary Care Clinics
Our 10 Federally Qualified Health Centers across the county serve adults and children with or without insurance and regardless of ability to pay. We also operate three mobile clinics providing medical services for the homeless and underserved populations. In 2022, we served 39,000 unique adult and pediatric patients, offering high-quality comprehensive health services including medical, dental, behavioral health, psychiatric care, women's health, pharmacy services, outpatient substance use disorder treatment, and community resource programs.
Position: Director of Behavioral Health
The Director of Behavioral Health is responsible for facilitating and implementing the Integrated Behavioral Health and Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) programs at C.L. Brumback Primary Care Clinics, operated by the Health Care District of Palm Beach County, based on a collaborative team care model. This role involves developing and executing clinical protocols, policies, procedures, and organizational plans to meet departmental objectives and program goals. The director coordinates the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services within the clinic setting, overseeing continuous quality monitoring and ensuring appropriate provision of behavioral health and MAT services by clinic staff.
