We are an efficiently run and well-staffed organization seeking motivated providers for inpatient (IP) long-term roles. We desire a Psychiatrist to relocate to this metro city of over 300,000 residents. Our client offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing providers to maintain a good work-life balance, including options for telemedicine from home.

THE PRACTICE

1. Flexible schedule with services provided in a brand new facility opening in 2025.
2. Join a team of Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants who handle rounds and call duties.
3. Open to general adult psychiatry or subspecialties if desired.
4. Both current and future director roles available, with additional stipends.
5. Base salary of $300K+ with full benefits, sign-on bonus, paid relocation, weekly paid call, and service fees, potentially earning over $400K annually.
6. Optional teaching opportunities with psychiatry residents rotating through the facility.
