Must be board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry.
The incoming physician will receive a faculty appointment and will supervise residents and structured didactics.
New graduates with an interest in teaching are welcome.
The role primarily focuses on outpatient practice with no call or weekday inpatient duties, though some weekend coverage may be required.
The practice expects the new physician to ramp up quickly.
The facility features a 14,000 sq. ft., 24-bed inpatient treatment center that serves adults 18 and older experiencing acute illnesses requiring 24-hour medical care. It is a Baker Act receiving facility and also accepts voluntary and direct admissions.
An addiction background or training is required.
