• Clinical Scope:
• Provide psychiatric consultation to medical/surgical units and emergency department
• Evaluate, diagnose, and recommend treatment for patients with primary psychiatric conditions or psychiatric comorbidities
• Facilitate referrals for long-term psychiatric care when necessary
• Team and Academic Involvement:
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Participate in education and supervision of medical students and residents
