Eastern New Mexico Medical Center in Roswell, NM is seeking a BE/BC Psychiatrist to join our team!

1. Hospital-employed position
2. Full-time employment (no locums)
3. 25-bed inpatient behavioral health locked unit
4. Adult patients, 18+ years
5. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule
6. Office space available for individual or group counseling
7. Support staff includes experienced behavioral nurses and social workers
8. Opportunity to teach medical students
9. No competing inpatient behavioral health units within 100 miles
10. New graduates are welcome to apply
11. Must be board-certified and have completed residency in the United States
12. J1 visa support available to 2026 candidates
