Job Opportunity: Child and Adult Psychiatrists in Richmond, VA

We are seeking BE/BC Child and Adult Psychiatrists interested in a mix of inpatient and outpatient work in the Richmond, VA area. Since 1978, our team of physicians, psychologists, social workers, and counselors has been providing tailored psychiatric, substance abuse, and mental health treatments to individuals and families.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Require one weekend per month of hospital coverage, combining outpatient and inpatient duties.
• Two offices are located in underserved areas, eligible for J1 waiver or H1B sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

• First-year salary guarantee of $300,000, with potential earnings in the $350,000 to $750,000 range once ramped up. Some providers earn more.
• Compensation is based on collections; providers receive 65% of collections for their work, minus any direct expenses.
