Inpatient Psychiatry Opportunity in Oklahoma

Located 45 miles from Tulsa and Tulsa International Airport (TUL), with accessible options including Will Rogers World Airport (OKC), Springfield-Branson National Airport (SGF), and Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).

Position Details:

1. Inpatient Psychiatrist to join a collaborative team.
2. Schedule: Monday - Friday, with hours/week flexible.

Services and Facilities:

• Inpatient behavioral health services for individuals aged 55 and older requiring mental or emotional healthcare.
• Adult and geriatric outpatient psychiatry services.
• 14-bed geriatric psychiatric unit.
• In-person consultations.
• Full spectrum psychiatric care staffed by case managers, nurses, and therapists.
• Referral sources include local nursing homes and medical surge campuses in NE Oklahoma.
• Physician mentorship and leadership programs for professional growth.
• Advanced AI technology, including Dragon DAX.
• Electronic Medical Records: EPIC.

Coverage:

• Night at-home coverage limited to 8 nights/month.
• No in-house on-call required.
• Weekend at-home coverage ratio of 1:4.
