Requirements:

1. MD/DO degree from an accredited program
2. Board eligible or certified in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry
3. Licensed to practice in the State of Virginia or ability to obtain licensure
4. Minimum of five to six years of training experience
5. Meets all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians
