Minimum Requirements:

• MD Degree in Psychiatry
• At least 5 years of direct client experience
• Active New York State medical license
• Board Certification in Psychiatry
• DEA registration and BLS/CPR certification
• Experience managing behavioral health departments while maintaining a caseload
• FQHC experience (serving underserved populations)
