Job description

Seeking a BC/BE Psychiatrist to join an outpatient team, including one full-time adult psychiatrist, one full-time child and adolescent psychiatrist, and three full-time adult psychiatry APPs. We are proactively seeking a replacement for the adult psychiatrist's future retirement. The psychiatrist will see high-acuity patients and act as supervising physician for the APPs. The clinic has a positive dynamic among providers, and a good personality fit is important to maintain this environment. The clinic is scheduled to move to a newly renovated space, just 5 minutes from the hospital campus, this summer. Additionally, the group offers a 16-bed inpatient adult psychiatry unit for patients requiring direct admission. We are not an addiction or Suboxone center, and we prefer to focus on therapy and medication management.

• $330,000 + bonus based on RVU production
• $40,000 sign-on bonus
• $30,000 total retention bonus (paid $10,000 at the end of years 1, 2, & 3)
• Quality bonus up to 10% of base salary (eligible upon earning base salary)
