The Department of Psychiatry & Psychology in La Crosse, WI, is seeking an Adult Psychiatrist. The department is a growing, interdisciplinary team including:

• 3 general psychiatrists
• 1 addictions psychiatrist
• 2 child & adolescent psychiatrists
• 5 clinical psychologists
• 2 neuropsychologists
• 6 nurses
• 25 masters-prepared therapists
• 4 case managers

We provide evidence-based diagnostic and treatment interventions for children, adolescents, adults, and families with mental health disorders. Services are delivered through outpatient behavioral health centers and primary care clinics using a collaborative care model. The department does not offer inpatient psychiatric services or on-call duties, instead leveraging community partnerships to connect patients with comprehensive care.

In this role, the psychiatrist will have opportunities for program development and may also engage in research, education, or clinical practice with a 20% appointment with the hospital system. Benefits include:
