Role Overview :

• As a collaborating physician, you will play a vital role in our post-acute care practice by providing oversight and consultation to our nurse practitioners (NP) and physician assistants (PA)
• Establish collaborative agreements : formalize partnerships with NPs and PAs
• Facilitate regular communication : conduct monthly group video meetings to discuss clinical matters
• Offer expert guidance : provide clinical oversight and consultation on complex cases
• Chart review : complete a monthly chart review, per state requirements, typically 10%

Requirements :

• Medical degree : MD or DO with an active medical license in Missouri
• Psychiatric expertise : board certified or board eligible in psychiatry
• Collaborative experience : proven ability to work effectively with NPs and PAs in a collaborative setting
• Interdisciplinary teamwork : strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to collaborating with healthcare professionals from various disciplines
