Position Overview:

A leading psychiatric group is seeking a visionary Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead and expand system-wide behavioral health services in Western Maryland. This high-impact role involves integrating comprehensive psychiatric programs and developing an industry-leading interventional psychiatry program. The CMO will drive clinical excellence, strategic growth, and program integration, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across the network.

Program Highlights:

1. 80+ Inpatient Beds
2. 18-bed adult unit
3. 6 crisis beds
4. 60 inpatient beds with planned growth
5. Partial Hospitalization Program
6. Mental Health Urgent Care (walk-in)
7. Outpatient Psychiatry Practice across three counties
8. New Psychiatry Residency Program
9. Interventional Psychiatry, including TMS and ETC

As the new CMO, you'll help build Maryland's premier children's hospital for mental health conditions and position our institution as a national leader in mental health services.
