Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist Outpatient

An Outpatient Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist is needed in Elkhart, IN.

Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity with an established Certified Community Behavioral Health Center. Providing a range of services to all ages with an inter-disciplinary team of providers and clinicians, and being a HRSA/NHSC site, this role is an excellent opportunity for both new and experienced providers.

Salary and Benefits

• The base salary for this role is $300,000 - $320,000
• Additional compensation: Providers may choose to participate in a productivity/wRVU model. The average additional income for participants is approximately $25,000.

• Monday-Friday outpatient schedule, 8 am to 5 pm. The organization is open to considering a slightly reduced workweek.

Responsibilities

• Monday-Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
• Provide comprehensive psychiatric care, including assessment, diagnosis, and medication management
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic patient care
• Call one week per month by phone only
• Occasional weekend rounds in the inpatient unit, once or twice per year

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist
• Active Medical License in Indiana
• New graduates completing residency or fellowship are encouraged to apply
