Job description

Integrated model of care for adults residing in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in the Columbia and Florence, South Carolina markets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Join a vibrant, provider-led, rewarding practice as a supervising psychiatrist.
• Be a member of a tightly integrated team of primary care and mental health providers delivering care in long-term care settings.
• Provide essential services to a vulnerable population within an integrated and comprehensive model that psychiatrists aim to achieve.
• Enjoy leadership and teaching opportunities by leading a team of midlevel providers and collaborating with psychotherapists to implement best practices.
• Practice psychiatry based on patient needs and clinical judgment, delivering care where patients live, away from traditional outpatient settings.
• Manage approximately 18-22 patients per day (with 20 patients per day equating to about $295,000).
• Utilize AI technology for efficient dictation and notes.
• Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
