Summary:

We are seeking a board-certified Adult Psychiatrist to join our innovative mental health group in Chicago, IL. This role offers a unique brain-body approach to treatment and provides a supportive work environment with a competitive salary and excellent benefits. Location: Chicago, IL

Our organization specializes in an innovative brain-body approach to diagnosis and treatment planning for a wide array of emotional, behavioral, learning, cognitive, and weight issues for children, teenagers, and adults. We provide a multi-modal approach that uncovers root causes of issues not discovered by traditional psychiatry. We believe it is critical to consider the patient's brain within the context of their life, including biological, psychological, social, and spiritual influences.

Work Environment and Schedule:

• Regular office hours, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
• Weekends and evenings are not required; after-hours calls are rare

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary of $250,000+ plus production bonus
• Total potential compensation of approximately $306,000 based on a 50/50 split working 30 patient hours/week with 4 weeks off annually

Qualifications:
