Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician at Talkiatry

Talkiatry is seeking BC / BE Psychiatrists to join their innovative practice focused on providing accessible mental health care. Talkiatry was built for Psychiatrists, by Psychiatrists, and offers the stability and support of a hospital group, with the autonomy of a private practice. We are currently interviewing BC / BE Psychiatrists interested in joining as we expand across Alabama.

Our mission is to transform psychiatry into an accessible, human, and empowering experience for both patients and providers. Co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist, we aim to address the barriers to mental healthcare access and provider reimbursement. Using innovative technology and a human-centered philosophy, we provide patients with essential care while allowing psychiatrists to focus on their core mission.

Responsibilities and Benefits:

1. Market-leading compensation: Competitive base salary plus productivity-based income, with a high percentage of earnings retained.

3. Schedule flexibility: Control over patient scheduling, with minimal administrative burdens. We handle billing, scheduling, and support functions.
4. Efficient practice: Utilizing proprietary technology, an integrated EMR, telemedicine, and lab integration to support your practice and patient outcomes.
5. Patient care: You decide the length of patient visits, with a minimum of 60 minutes for intake and 30 minutes for follow-ups.
6. Referral network: Access to in-house specialists and therapists with seamless clinical information sharing through our EMR.
