Mindful Therapy Group in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to establish and grow a private practice with full infrastructure, billing, credentialing, and administrative support.

You bring active ARNP license or willingness to obtain one, prescribing credentials, and the ability to conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning with timely follow-up. This contract position offers ownership and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Active ARNP license, or willingness to obtain one.
• Active RN and advanced practice nursing licenses, required prescribing credentials, and DEA registration.
• Ability to provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, treatment planning, medication management, and timely follow-up care.
• Commitment to safe, patient-centered care and high clinical, prescribing, legal, and ethical standards.
• Willingness to participate in practice setup and coaching.
• Motivation to start and grow your own private practice.
• Required professional liability insurance and business credentials.
• Interest in providing consistent in-person care.

Responsabilités

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, treatment planning, medication management, and timely follow-up care.
• Build and grow a private practice with Mindful Therapy Group infrastructure, billing, credentialing, marketing, scheduling, technology and administrative support.
