Mindful Therapy Group seeks licensed clinicians for private practice in Bloomington, MN. You will own your private practice with support from the group’s infrastructure, including referral networks, credentialing, billing, and scheduling processes.

Clinicians may access supervision opportunities and a structured practice-coaching program, plus access to professional liability insurance and a shared, fully equipped office space. Hybrid work and ongoing admin support are provided.

Qualifications

• Active or pending independent clinical license in good standing.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field.
• Ability to independently assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy within scope.

Responsibilities
