Impireum’s Integrated NeuroWellness Psychiatry group is expanding across Texas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania and seeks PMHNP-BCs who want to help build the future of integrated behavioral healthcare.

You’ll collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and wellness professionals in a multidisciplinary team, provide comprehensive evaluations, medication management, and evidence-based care across the lifespan, with opportunities for telehealth and hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP-BC certification and unrestricted APRN license.
• DEA registration or eligibility; prescriptive authority per state rules.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic skills, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations across the lifespan.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Diagnose and treat behavioral health conditions across the lifespan
• Develop individualized medication management plans
• Provide evidence-based psychiatric care
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary treatment teams
• Participate in Multidisciplinary Case Conferences (MDCC)
• Coordinate care with therapists and psychologists
• Identify patients who may benefit from ADHD testing, neurofeedback, EMDR, Spravato, or IV hydration therapy
• Educate patients and families about treatment options
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Deliver compassionate, culturally responsive, patient-centered care

Minimum Qualifications

• Active PMHNP-BC certification
• Current, unrestricted APRN license in at least one U.S. state
• DEA registration or eligibility
• Prescriptive authority consistent with state regulations
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-state licensure
• Child & adolescent experience
