Impireum's Integrated NeuroWellness Psychiatry is seeking PMHNP-BCs to join a physician-led, multidisciplinary team as we expand across Texas and other states. You’ll practice within a coordinated care model focused on measurable outcomes and holistic well-being.

You'll conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop personalized medication plans, collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, neurofeedback and Spravato teams, and educate patients and families in a compassionate, patient-centered

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP-BC certification.
• Current, unrestricted APRN license in at least one U.S. state.
• DEA registration or eligibility.
• Prescriptive authority consistent with state regulations.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Multi-state licensure preferred.
• Child & adolescent experience; Adult psychiatry experience; Telepsychiatry experience.
• Integrated behavioral health experience.
• Experience working with underserved populations.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide evidence-based psychiatric care.

• Participate in Multidisciplinary Case Conferences (MDCC).
• Coordinate care with therapists and psychologists.
• Identify patients who may benefit from ADHD testing, neurofeedback, EMDR, Spravato, or IV hydration therapy.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Deliver compassionate, culturally responsive, patient-centered care.
