A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join its team in a 100% remote capacity. This role involves providing therapy and medication management to children, adolescents, and adults in a telehealth setting. The clinician will work closely with a dedicated healthcare navigator team to enhance patient engagement and streamline administrative tasks, allowing for a greater focus on clinical care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy and medication management for a diverse patient population
  • Conduct intake assessments (1-hour sessions) and follow-up visits (30-minute sessions)
  • Collaborate with a team of clinicians and healthcare navigators for integrated care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to best clinical practices
  • Offer counseling services and patient education

Requirements
  • Master’s degree or higher in Nursing (PMHNP)
  • Active PMHNP license in Colorado, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington or Vermont

Preferred Qualifications
  • Two or more years of experience in Psychiatry or Telehealth
  • Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred, but not required)

Salary: $140,000+ per year (Base + RVU Production Incentives)
