You will perform psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing behavioral health care for adults and seniors, collaborating with medical teams while maintaining clinical autonomy.

Qualificações

• Board Certified PMHNP with active Florida APRN license.
• DEA license is required or must be obtainable.
• NPI number is required or obtainable.

About the Role

Balanced Wellbeing, LLC is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing behavioral health team providing psychiatric services in skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted living facilities.

This position focuses on psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and ongoing behavioral health care for adult and geriatric patients in facility-based settings. Providers work collaboratively with medical teams while maintaining autonomy in their clinical practice.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $120,000 annually

• Quarterly Performance Bonuses with strong earning potential

Qualifications

• Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

• Active Florida APRN license or ability to obtain

• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
