CHE Behavioral Health Services is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners or experienced Physician Assistants to provide psychiatric care in long-term care and rehabilitation settings. The team emphasizes a collaborative clinical environment and offers dedicated mentorship.

Positions are full-time or part-time with no nights or weekends, allowing a predictable caseload and strong work–life balance. Opportunities span skilled nursing, rehab, and assisted living facilities.

Competenze

• MSN in Psychiatric/Mental Health required.
• ANCC PMHNP certification valid in NH.
• Active DEA license in NH required.
• Family Nurse Practitioners with 3–5 years psych exp considered.

Mansioni

• Perform psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans.

CHE Behavioral Health Services is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) or experienced Physician Assistants to provide psychiatric care in long-term care and rehabilitation settings. CHE is a clinician-led organization serving 100,000+ patients across 800+ facilities in 11+ states.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits

• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
• Collaborate with an integrated care team (psychiatrists, psychologists, LCSWs, nursing staff)
• Distinguish and diagnose psychological vs. physiological disorders
• Consult on complex or unusual clinical cases

Qualifications
