CHE Behavioral Health Services is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) or experienced Physician Assistants to provide psychiatric care in long-term care and rehabilitation settings. CHE is a clinician-led organization serving 100,000+ patients across 800+ facilities in 11+ states.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time) with weekday options (Mon–Fri), no nights or on-call, and a balanced caseload in skilled nursing, rehab, and assisted living facilities.

Qualifications

• MSN in Psychiatric/Mental Health required.
• ANCC PMHNP certification valid for NH.
• Active DEA license in NH.

Responsabilités

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Collaborate with an integrated care team (psychiatrists, psychologists, LCSWs, nursing staff).
• Distinguish and diagnose psychological vs. physiological disorders.
• Consult on complex or unusual clinical cases.
