Clover Mental Health Clinic in Colorado is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient team. You will conduct evaluations, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans with medication management.

The role supports Spravato/ketamine treatment when credentialed, offers telehealth or hybrid scheduling, and emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care within a collaborative clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in Colorado.
• Board certification as PMHNP-BC.
• DEA registration and ability to prescribe controlled substances in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of psychiatric conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide medication management.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications per Colorado law and standards.
• Provide Spravato/ketamine treatment when trained and credentialed.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation in the EHR.

We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing clinical team.

Position Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of psychiatric conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's clinical needs.
• Provide ongoing psychiatric medication management.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications in accordance with Colorado laws and clinical standards.
• Monitor treatment response, medication effectiveness, and potential side effects.
• Provide patient education regarding medications and treatment options.
• Provide Spravato (esketamine) and/or ketamine treatment when appropriately trained and credentialed.
• Monitor patients receiving Spravato/ketamine treatment in accordance with applicable clinical and safety requirements.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation in the EHR.
• Coordinate care with primary care providers and other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care.
• Follow all applicable federal and state regulations, clinical guidelines, and practice policies.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in Colorado.
• Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
• DEA registration and ability to prescribe controlled substances in Colorado.
• Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Experience with Spravato (esketamine) and/or ketamine treatment strongly preferred.
• Spanish-speaking/bilingual candidates strongly preferred.
• Experience with telepsychiatry preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical and administrative team.
