We aim to serve not only those in rural areas but be available to all regions for those who would prefer to make use of the privacy, security, and convenience of a telehealth consultation.

About the job :

• Provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting.
• Provide direct patient care, conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as necessary.
• Ensure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Enjoy the autonomy of practicing without corporate administrative interference, as we are not affiliated with any hospitals or clinics.
• Work within growing teams of multiple therapists and prescribers, with onboarding to meet and match with potential team members.
• Participate in regular staffing with collaborating therapists, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases or clinical topics.
• Perform clinical work from home, with flexible days and hours (including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Attend clinical conferences four times a week; initial attendance at least once per week for the first 90 days, then at least once a month thereafter.

Job Requirements :

• Must have a PMHNP license and be open to licensing in other states.
• Prior experience as a PMHNP is preferred but not required.
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse healthcare team.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.
• Strong clinical background in psychiatry, including diagnosis and psychopharmacology, with familiarity in non-pharmacological interventions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Compensation :

Hourly salary range: $70 - $100 USD
