CHE Behavioral Health Services seeks licensed mental health professionals to deliver in-person psychotherapy and behavioral health services within Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living communities in California. This full-time opportunity offers flexible scheduling and the support of a multidisciplinary team, with clinical autonomy and administrative backup handled for you.

Ideal candidates hold a CA NP license or equivalent, with experience in geriatric populations and long-term care

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted CA license as NP.
• Master's or doctoral degree in an applicable discipline.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in nursing home/long-term care settings (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Provide in-person psychotherapy and behavioral health services within SNFs and Assisted Living communities.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Treat geriatric depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, grief, trauma, and related conditions.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to improve outcomes.
• Build therapeutic relationships with residents and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person psychotherapy and behavioral health services within Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living communities.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Treat depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, grief, trauma, and other behavioral health concerns common among geriatric populations.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Build therapeutic relationships with residents and their families.

Qualifications

Required

• Active and unrestricted CA license as one of the following:
• NP
• Master's degree or doctoral degree in an applicable discipline.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable providing services in nursing home and long-term care settings.

Preferred

• Experience working with geriatric populations.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities, rehabilitation centers, long-term care, or assisted living settings.
• Interest in interdisciplinary and integrated healthcare.
