Job summary

CHE Behavioral seeks licensed mental health professionals to deliver in-person psychotherapy and behavioral health services in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living communities. Roles offer full-time or part-time options with flexible scheduling and a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Applicants must hold an active CA NP license and a master’s or doctoral degree, with strong communication and documentation skills. Experience in geriatric settings is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Treat geriatric depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, grief, trauma, and other behavioral health concerns.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Build therapeutic relationships with residents and their families.

Required

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in an applicable discipline.

Preferred

• Experience working with geriatric populations.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities, rehabilitation centers, long-term care, or assisted living settings.
• Interest in interdisciplinary and integrated healthcare.
