Job summary

Advocare, LLC is a physician-owned practice seeking a PMH-NP/CRNP to join a growing team in a primarily remote psychiatry role serving children, adolescents, and adults via telehealth.

You will operate with two board-certified physicians, hold NJ and PA licensure, and see patients starting at age 3. In-person days are limited to about one per month, with flexible scheduling and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Active PMH-NP/CRNP licensure in NJ and PA.
• Dual licensure in New Jersey and Pennsylvania required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience with pediatric and adult populations preferred.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMH-NP / CRNP) to join our growing practice. This is a primarily remote position with minimal in-person requirements, offering flexibility and strong earning potential.

Location:

Primarily Remote (New Jersey-based practice)

Schedule:

~35 hours per week, with 1 in-person day per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management
• Treat a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care via telehealth and limited in-person visits
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Support & Supervision:

• On-site, hands-on supervision provided by two board-certified physicians
