Advocare LLC is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMH-NP/CRNP) for a primarily remote role with occasional in-person days. The position supports pediatric to adult populations via telehealth under board-certified physicians, with 35 hours weekly and one in-person day per month.

Eligible candidates hold active PMH-NP/CRNP licenses with dual NJ/PA licensure and at least 2 years of experience.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMH-NP / CRNP) to join our growing practice. This is a primarily remote position with minimal in-person requirements, offering flexibility and strong earning potential.

Location:

Primarily Remote (New Jersey-based practice)

Schedule:

~35 hours per week, with 1 in-person day per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management
• Treat a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care via telehealth and limited in-person visits
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• On-site, hands-on supervision provided by two board-certified physicians

Requirements

• Active PMH-NP / CRNP licensure
• Dual licensure in New Jersey and Pennsylvania required
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Provider will be required to see child and adolescent patients starting at 3 years of age and older
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
