Job summary

LifeStance Health is hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Utah to join a fast-growing behavioral health team. The role offers hybrid work (2-3 days in office, 1-2 days remote), generous compensation, and full benefits.

You will provide medication management and therapy to adults and/or children and adolescents, with DEA and Prescriptive Authority requirements, and a focus on work-life balance. Join a national provider dedicated to accessible, personalized mental healthcare.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Utah with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification.
• We do not accept FNP's., or PA's.
• Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority
• Must have or be able to obtain DEA.
• Experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.
• 2 years experience as a PMHNP

Lifestance Health is growing. We have the following offices opened in and around the Salt Lake City area, Bountiful, Riverton, Lehi, Murray, Pleasant Grove and Draper Utah. We will be opening more offices in 2027!
