LifeStance Health is hiring Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners in Utah, including Riverton and the Greater Salt Lake City area, offering a hybrid schedule and full benefits.

You'll provide medication management and therapy for adults and/or children/adolescents, operate under a productivity-based compensation model with a strong earning potential ($195k–$251k), and enjoy a supportive, diverse workplace with new offices and administrative support.

Qualifications

Nurse Practitioners are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking Nurse Practitioners that are:

• Licensed in Utah with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification. We do not accept FNP's, APRNP or PA's.
• MUST BE AN EXPERIENCED PMHNP.
• Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority
• Must have or be able to obtain DEA.
• Experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.

$195,000 - $251,000 a year

W2, Full Time Employment with full benefits package
