Emora Health seeks a warm, experienced PMHNP to join our psychiatry team. We’re seeking a warm, experienced PMHNP to join our growing psychiatry team. You’ll play a key role in providing thoughtful medication management to children, teens, & young adults looking for safe and effective behavioral health care. This is a flexible, part-time position designed for a provider who is passionate about family mental health and wants to make a difference in the lives of youth.
Conduct online comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for children and adolescents (ages 5 – 18+)
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including medication management
Provide ongoing psychiatric care via secure telehealth platform
Collaborate with supervising psychiatrists on complex cases and care escalation
Partner with therapists and care coordinators to ensure cohesive, wraparound support
Engage and educate parents/caregivers throughout the treatment process
Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
Active PMHNP certification and licensure in Texas (additional states a plus)
Minimum 2 years of experience in child & adolescent psychiatry
Strong clinical judgment with a warm, collaborative communication style
Comfort and fluency with virtual care delivery
Passion for working with families and a systems-informed approach
Availability for at least 10 hours per week
