We believe that care should be accessible, effective, and deeply integrated into the lives of the people we serve. Our approach prioritizes long-term patient impact, ensuring that behavioral health is a fundamental part of care.

We are looking for Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) who bring clinical expertise, sound medical judgment, and a patient-centered approach to care. Our PMHNPs play a critical role in diagnosing and treating behavioral health conditions, managing medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, integrated care. The best PMHNPs go beyond symptom management, working to create sustainable, effective care models that empower patients and underserved communities.

What Defines a Peregrine Health PMHNP?

You believe behavioral healthcare should be seamless, patient-first, and driven by meaningful clinical outcomes.
You make confident, evidence-based decisions in medication management and treatment planning, while valuing interdisciplinary collaboration.
You build trust with patients and care teams, ensuring long-term engagement and better health outcomes.
You take a proactive, solution-focused approach, integrating medical and psychosocial factors to remove barriers to care.

Responsibilities

Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients across the lifespan (ages 5+).
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that align with patient goals.
Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, monitoring for efficacy and side effects.
Collaborate with primary care providers and multidisciplinary teams to support whole-person care.
Address co-occurring disorders, including substance use, with a comprehensive, evidence-driven approach.
Maintain timely, accurate documentation in partner-site EHR systems to support care continuity.
Engage patients through telehealth platforms to ensure accessibility and equity in care delivery.

Commitment to full-time engagement
