Job summary

Access Healthcare Associates, part of Brigade Health, is seeking a dedicated PMHNP to provide mobile geriatric psychiatric care in homes and senior living communities across the region.

You will diagnose and treat mood and anxiety disorders, dementia-related symptoms, and other psychiatric conditions, delivering relationship-based care with autonomy and field support. Competitive compensation and full benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for geriatric patients in home and facility-based settings.
• Diagnose and manage mood disorders, anxiety disorders, dementia-related behavioral symptoms, and other psychiatric conditions.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications with careful consideration of comorbidities and geriatric physiology.
• Provide crisis intervention, behavioral guidance, and family education when clinically indicated.
• Collaborate with primary care providers, therapists, and facility care teams to ensure coordinated, whole-person care.
• Build trusted relationships with patients, caregivers, families, and community partners.
• Maintain consistent, accurate clinical documentation and follow-through.

Your Responsibilities Include

Competitive Compensation

• Guaranteed Base Salary + Productivity
• Total annual compensation range: $150,000-$200,000+, based on experience, caseload, and availability.

What You'll Bring
