Job summary

Simple Solutions Psychotherapy in California is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join as an independent contractor. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnose mental health conditions, and prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, collaborating with therapists to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.

Hybrid work arrangement with flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time).

Qualifications

• Board certification as a PMHNP.
• Furnishing number and DEA registration (if prescribing controlled substances).
• Ability to diagnose and prescribe independently within scope of practice.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in outpatient mental health or telehealth settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and establish accurate diagnoses.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team as an independent contractor. This role is responsible for conducting psychiatric evaluations, diagnosing mental health conditions, and prescribing and managing psychotropic medications. The PMHNP will also work collaboratively with therapists and other members of the care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.

The pay range for this role is:

70 - 90 USD per hour (8350 Archibald Avenue)
