Job summary

Serenium Therapy & Wellness seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our Cherry Hill office in a hybrid role requiring three days on-site and the remainder remote. The clinician will perform evaluations and medication management across age groups in a collaborative, team-focused setting.

We emphasize evidence-based care, ongoing supervision, and integration with therapists. Excellent communication and organization are essential as we grow our practice in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Board Certified PMHNP-BC and NJ licensure eligibility.
• Experience in psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule and collaborate with therapists.
• Strong documentation and compliance practices.
• Willingness to participate in supervision and case discussions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.

We're seeking a passionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our new Cherry Hill office. This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week, with the flexibility to complete the remainder of your schedule remotely.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
• Provide medication management for children, adolescents, and/or adults based on your clinical expertise.
• Complete 45-minute psychiatric evaluations and 30-minute medication follow-up appointments, allowing adequate time for thoughtful, client-centered care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate closely with therapists and other members of our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless, integrated care.
• Utilize pharmacogenomic testing (GeneSight) and third-party drug screening services when clinically appropriate to support informed treatment decisions.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Participate in weekly individual supervision, group consultation, and interdisciplinary case discussions.

• Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey.
