Job summary

Family Health Center Worcester is seeking a Medical Assistant/Psychiatric Clinical Coordinator to support psychiatric services under the Director of Psychiatric Services. You will coordinate patient panels, assist with scheduling, triage, EMR documentation, and provide clinical tasks as needed to ensure PCMH care.

Responsibilities include coordinating referrals, maintaining supplies, conducting health maintenance follow-ups, and liaising with nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient-centered

Qualifications

• Requires CMA or RMA certification or HS+3 years healthcare experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient with basic computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate psychiatric clinical services under the Director of Psychiatric Services.
• Oversee management of provider panels and scheduling for assigned providers.
• Perform clinical tasks and EMR documentation as needed by providers.
• Track referrals, follow-ups and health maintenance for at-risk patients.
• Provide patient advocacy and navigation for FHCW services.
