Job summary

CommonSpirit Health in Kearney, NE is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) to lead and participate in a high-performing care team. You will deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care, perform critical assessments, and coordinate treatment plans to support patient recovery.

In this role you will mentor staff, help schedule daily workflows, ensure mandatory education completion, and uphold the nursing process from assessment to evaluation in a fast-paced, trauma-informed environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an RN nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license in NE, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire.
