Peachford Hospital, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Charge Nurse (RN) to lead an interdisciplinary team and elevate care across our continuum of behavioral health services.

You will mentor staff, oversee patient care delivery, and drive improvements on a unit focused on age- and diagnosis-specific pathways in a trusted Atlanta community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Valid State of Georgia or eCompact Nursing License.
• Minimum of 1 year of psychiatric/behavioral health nursing experience.
• A natural leader eager to step into a charge role and foster a positive, collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Coordinate: Oversee patient care delivery, manage unit flow, and collaborate with our experienced psychiatrists.
• Individualized Care: Guide patient recovery across one of our 8 specialized units, focusing on specific ages and diagnoses.
