At M Health Fairview University of Minnesota Medical Center - West Bank Campus in Minneapolis, MN we are committed to providing exceptional healthcare in a setting where we specialize in innovation. M Health Fairview is the first in Minnesota to offer an EmPATH model of care! With EmPATH, mental health patients undergo a quick medical screening before entering a living-room style setting where they can access the support and care they need to stabilize their situation, receive ongoing human interaction, and in many cases avoid the need for inpatient admission.

This role is approved for 48 hours, every two weeks on a rotating evening (3:00pm to 11:30 pm) / night shift (11:00 pm to 7:30 am), working 8-hour shifts and every other weekend with a variable schedule.
